Your Google Business Profile information

Orders are fulfilled using your public Google Business Profile name and Google Maps link. You should only submit business details you own or are authorised to use. If you are ordering on behalf of a client, you are responsible for obtaining their approval first.

How we use your information

We use information to process orders, communicate order updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, or misuse of your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

No Google password required

We only ever need your public Google Business Profile name or Google Maps link, never your Google account password. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for your password, it is not a legitimate request, please contact us to verify.

We may use cookies to keep your checkout session working, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect parts of the checkout experience.

Third-party payment providers
