Terms of service

These terms apply when you use epicreview.uk or place an order with us. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

The service

Epic Reviews UK sells Google review packages for UK businesses. Reviews are delivered gradually to the Google Business Profile you provide at checkout, over the timeframe stated on the package you purchase.

Your responsibilities

• You must provide an accurate business name and Google Maps link or Google Business Profile at checkout.
• You must have the right to order reviews for the business you submit, including on behalf of a client.
• You are responsible for understanding Google's own terms of service in relation to your Business Profile.

Payment

Prices are shown in GBP at checkout. Nothing is charged until you confirm your order on the review step. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider.

Delivery

Delivery is intentionally spread out over the timeframe stated on your package, rather than instant, so that review activity looks natural. See our refund policy for what happens if delivery does not complete as expected.

Acceptable use

You may not use Epic Reviews UK for a business you do not have the right to represent, or in a way that violates applicable law. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where fraud or abuse is suspected.

Compliance risk

Purchasing reviews is against Google's own terms of service, and UK regulators have taken enforcement action against fake-review conduct under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We built our service around real reviewers and gradual delivery to reduce that risk, but placing an order is a decision you make with that risk in mind, not a risk we can remove entirely.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for actions taken by Google in relation to your Business Profile.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the UK, without limiting any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
